Protein

While I can’t shake off puffy under eyes as I age🤷🏻‍♀️, I can definitely credit my high-animal PROTEIN intake for helping me maintain the same weight for over a decade. Eating quality protein also gives me the energy needed to get through a work day while keeping up with an active toddler! 🧒 🏃🏻‍♀️ 

Complete protein is known to curb cravings for sweets by creating more stable energy and blood sugar. It’s the #1 food I always reach for at an event and eat enough with veggies at meals.
